School week

Activities

Participation in sports activities has been shown to help children be more outgoing, more responsible, happier and healthier.

Participating in sports, arts, recreational and tutoring activities outside of school hours allows children to interact with other children and adults, to develop skills while learning to be respectful of others and to work as a team.

After-school recreational and tutoring will offer 5Y to 10Y grade students the opportunity to do homework and other school-related activities. Groups are organized according to the age and level of the children. With the help of a qualified instructor, they will be able to reinforce their academic skills in a playful manner. The session may start with a free reading sequence in order to provide a smooth transition between the end of school classes and after-school activities.

After-school sports activities and art workshops are offered during the school week for 1 hour periods from early September to end of June. Sports activities are also offered on weekends for 2 hour periods, starting at age 5, on the Lycée Vincent-van-Gogh premises. The activities are not held during the school vacations.

The after-school sessions are set up for children who cannot practice sports on weekends or for more athletic children who wish to double or even triple their sports sessions or who want to discover another activity.

Thanks to our team of passionate and international instructors, your children will learn while having fun, get exercise and make new friends.

All activities take place on the premises of the French school!
